Perhaps you are too young to get references to Ghostbusters, but it doesn't matter because you do not actually need to call anyone. You can report any issues that you experience directly in the app (please only report issues related to the app and not actual ghost sightings).
How to report an issue
In case you experience any problems whilst using the app or need help with anything app-related, you can find the 'Report an issue' button by tapping on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen. To use this feature, you will need to have the email app on your device set up with a working email address, or else the email will not be successfully sent.
What information to include
When you report an issue, it will open an email that is pre-populated with information including your app version, device type, and Android version.
However, this is the only information that we have about what is happening. Therefore, please do not forget to write a detailed description of what occurred, what you were trying to do, including any relevant download links etc.
If possible, adding a screenshot or screen recording would also be very useful for investigating the issue.
Once we receive the error report we will look into things and get back to you as soon as possible.
