To give you more options, in addition to offering subscriptions directly through our website, you can now purchase a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store.

Your new subscription offers many great advantages, including higher transfer and storage limits, which you can read more about at this link.
As your subscription was purchased from the App Store and not directly from our website, there are just a few differences to be aware of.
How can I manage my subscription?
All changes to your subscription must be done in the app.
You can subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing period all from within the app. For more information about how to do this, here are further instructions.

*Heads-up! Your account options on our website will appear slightly differently. The options for changing Billing Information and viewing Receipts have been removed, whilst Payments will now link you to the App Store.
How can I add team members?
First off, you might be wondering, what on earth is Teams!?
Teams is a feature that allows you to share a WeTransfer account so you can maximise your collaborative efforts! You can read more about all the features at this link right here.
However, for subscriptions purchased via the App Store, inviting team members is not a supported feature. (sorry about that!) This means that even if you log in to the website, you will not be able to add team members because your subscription is managed by the App Store.
How can I purchase a subscription directly from WeTransfer?
So maybe you want to add some team members or perhaps you just want to be able to have more control over your subscription from within your WeTransfer account?
In that case, you would need to purchase a subscription directly from WeTransfer.
To do so, you first need to cancel your App Store subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Don't worry you can still log in to the app with your new details! But please bear in mind that managing your team is only supported on the website.
