If you purchased a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store then all your payments settings, including cancellations and refunds are managed by the App Store too.
We understand that you would expect us to be able to refund a transaction for a WeTransfer subscription. However, Apple prevents us from managing the refunding of subscriptions paid through their marketplace as a condition of offering our services through their App Store.
To use an analogy; This relationship works the same way it would if you wanted a refund from a clothing store for a faulty item of clothing. While the clothing may have been made by a fashion label, the store itself takes full control & responsibility for the refunding of any products bought from their store.
