If you have purchased a WeTransfer subscription via the App Store, your subscription is also managed by the App Store. This means WeTransfer does not have the access or tools to manage your payments.
Not to worry! You can still easily request a cancellation by following the steps below:
- Launch the Settings app on your phone
- Tap on your Apple ID (your name)
- Tap Subscriptions and select the WeTransfer app in that list
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
