How to send a transfer in the app:
After signing into your account, you can send transfers from the app by clicking on the floating blue (+) button on the Sent overview list.
It’s possible to upload files from your Camera, Photo & Video Library, or by browsing your File storage.
After selecting the files you want to transfer, you’ll get a chance to review them before uploading. Here you can select files to delete or else proceed to the uploader.
- You can upload up to 2GB with your WeTransfer account and up to 200GB with a Pro subscription.
- You can send email transfers as well as link transfers.
- It’s not yet possible to add an expiry date or a password to your transfer. For these options, you can continue using our desktop version.
- It's important to keep the app open during the upload process to prevent your transfer uploads from failing.
