In the WeTransfer mobile app, you can toggle between your Sent and Received transfer list.
In the Received section of the transfer overview, you can see all the transfers received to your account, and you are presented with a preview of the transfer details.
Once you select a received transfer, you can view all of the transfer details, such as the sender, its title and message, a preview of the files, the transfer size & expiry date, and the date it's been sent.
You can also share the download link with a single button.
And, of course, you can easily choose to either download all of the transferred files, or to select only a few files to download.
* As this is the first release of the app, there are a few things to keep in mind:
It's not possible to open password-protected transfers at the moment.
The display of folder structures is not currently supported. In order to see the hierarchy/nesting structure, you will need to visit the desktop web.
Received link transfers can be opened in-app but will not appear in the Received Transfer List (as per desktop). They can only be accessed again via the original link.
Transfers stop downloading if the app is closed or is in the background.
- Transfers sent and received via the app are still subject to the same expiry times as transfers sent through a web browser, therefore you will need to download your received transfer to your device before the expiry date, otherwise you risk losing access to your files. More information about transfer expiry times can be found here.
