There is a known incompatibility while using Dashlane Password Manager on our platform to log in or sign up. You will notice that you are being redirected to log in again with alternative credentials such as Apple ID or Google login.
Dashlane are aware of this issue with their software and are currently working on a solution.
If you are having difficulties logging in to your account or are being redirected to log in with Apple ID or Google credentials, we do have a workaround for you.
We recommend you remove your WeTransfer credentials from your Dashlane vault before logging in or signing up for our service. This will ensure that no autofill suggestions are used, which results in the error of redirecting you to another login page.
