Our email provider Sendgrid had some service disruption yesterday evening that continued on throughout the night, this may have affected our emails being delivered in a timely manner and caused some delays. You can read about this on their Statuspage.
This issue should now be resolved but there is still an issue with Outlook or Microsoft inboxes, domains, and email addresses. So, if you're still not seeing our emails going into your inbox, read on.
First thing's first! Add our sending email address, noreply@wetransfer.com, to your trusted contact list. This article has steps and illustrations to guide you through:

If you're still unable to find our emails and you're using Microsoft services as your email provider, such as Office365 or Outlook, it could also be possible that our emails are being quarantined due to this issue.
