So you are having trouble logging into your WeTransfer Pro account? There could be several reasons why you cannot login so please read through the below and see which case you fall under. But firstly, if you have a WeTransfer Pro account, you will see a monthly or annual charge on your billing statement.
If you do find that you are being charged, then please skip to the last section on this page. Otherwise, please read on:
You have a Collect account, not a WeTransfer Pro account
If you have registered your account through the WeTransfer Collect app, then that account is currently exclusive to the app. You would not be able to login on https://wetransfer.com using this login, you would only be able to login on the Collect app and the Collect web clipper. You never registered an account
Using WeTransfer to send or receive transfers does not require an account. Therefore, if you have used WeTransfer in the past, it does not mean you have an account. You can learn more about whether you need to register here.
You have a WeTransfer Pro account and you have forgotten your password
If you find you have previous charges for WeTransfer Pro and you have tried requesting a password, to no avail, please reach out to our Support team here.
