So you are having trouble logging into your WeTransfer Pro account?
Firstly, if you have a WeTransfer Pro account, you will see a monthly or annual charge on your billing statement.
If you do find that you are being charged, then please skip to the last section on this page. Otherwise, please read on:
You never registered an account
Using WeTransfer to send or receive transfers does not require an account. Therefore, if you have used WeTransfer in the past, it does not mean you have an account. You can learn more about whether you need to register here.
You have a WeTransfer Pro account and you have forgotten your password
If you find you have previous charges for WeTransfer Pro and you have tried requesting a password, to no avail, please reach out to our Support team here.
You used a different email or method of log-in
We offer you a few ways in which you can log into your WeTransfer Pro account. The first is the good old fashioned way of entering your email address and password associated with your account. A few alternative ways are using Apple, Google, or Slack to continue to sign into your account.
Please be aware, if you created your account using an Apple, Google, or Slack login, you do not have a password set with your account. To log in, you just need to click the relevant button e.g. Continue with Google. This will take you directly to your account.
