If you're using an Apple email domain, you might find that you're getting a bounce back error. Make sure to check your spam and junk mail, some of our users have reported finding their emails there.
More specifically, you'll receive an email from us letting you know that "Oops something went wrong" and you or your recipients won't have received your transfer.
This is affecting anyone with email addresses ending in either of the two following Apple domains:
It looks as though Apple's email server doesn't like our automated confirmation emails too much and so our emails are being blocked from reaching your inboxes. We have reached out to them about this and are waiting for them to enable our emails to get through once again.
We do have alternative solutions and workarounds, so not all hope is lost:
1) You and your recipient can try whitelisting our email address email@example.com;
2) You could also forward the download link in your upload confirmation email to your recipient. In this case, you won't receive download confirmations;
3) Use our shareable link transfer option to generate a download link you can share in your own private email without relying on our automated emails instead.
If you've got any questions, our Support team is a knowledgeable bunch with solutions on hand. Feel free to reach out to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
