We are currently tackling a bug that prevents our UK users from sending files that are over 20GB. While everything looks just fine initially after uploading, a follow-up email will notify you otherwise, stating that something went wrong during the processing of your files.
A temporary solution for this would be to break up your transfer in two (or three, etc) smaller sized chunks. Not ideal, but it will get you on your way while we work on a fix.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you in the meantime. It was never our intention to hurt you but unlike that teen-romance, in this case it truly is us - and not you - who's in the wrong.
