The issue has now been resolved. If you're still having difficulties, please clear your cookies and cache and log back into Plus. If the issue persists after that, please reach out to our Support team.
We're sorry to say that there have been some issues with sending transfers from Plus accounts since about midnight (GMT +1). Our best people are on the case as we speak, although we don't yet have an ETA on when it will be fixed.

In the meantime, if your transfer is under 2GB, you can send your files via the free service. All you need to do is log out of your account and send there.
Then you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your upload confirmation emails and we can assign the transfers to your Plus account for you.
