So you've just received a board link and you are ready to load your files when you see the message "This board is empty".
This happens when the sender is loading files to a board that haven't completely finished updating. In this case, they will see the board is syncing when they view their board from the Boards section of the app.
When you encounter this problem, the first thing you should do is contact the sender and ensure their board has finished syncing. Once the sync is completed, the message will disappear and they should then share the board and provide you with the board link.
If their board has finished syncing and you're still encountering this issue, the sender will need to do one of the following:
Move the contents of the board to a new one and share that with you. They can learn how to do so in this article.
Delete the board and re-upload the files to a new one. This article explains how to delete a board.
