So you've downloaded our mobile app and you are ready to transfer when there seems to be an issue with the files being uploaded - oh no! Not to worry though, there a few steps you can follow which have been shown to overcome the bumps some users face when using the app.
When creating a board the app will create a copy of the original files within your board so it is a good idea to keep an eye on your storage to ensure there is enough room for these newly created files to complete uploading.
Just follow the steps below to see how much storage you have and make sure your files are not too big for the amount of storage you have left:
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Storage & iCloud Usage.
4. Check the number next to “Available.”
A general iOS workaround for some issues is to charge your phone while using the app, perhaps this can help - can't hurt to try :)
