Some users are visiting WeTransfer and hitting a wall when they reach our site seeing an error message which states 'Uh-oh'!
The first thing we recommend is to use a different browser or ensure your current one is up to date. Generally we suggest using Google Chrome or Firefox.
Second, you may need to whitelist our domains. In order to see all the beauty we offer, you need to be able to connect to our three domains. If you are on a company network, you probably need to add us as an exception to the firewall. Please whitelist the domains we use: *.wetransfer.com, *.s3.amazonaws.com and *.wetransfer.net.
If these suggestions don't help, there's the last possibility of this being a DNS issue. Don't worry though, there's a solution! We've written an article with a step by step guide to fix this, depending on your operating system, here it is.
