Attention!Notre centre de support est actuellement en train de se refaire une beauté. Pour accéder à l’ensemble de nos articles, merci de visiter notre site en Anglais ici.
Some users are visiting WeTransfer and hitting a wall when they reach our site seeing an error message which states 'Uh-oh'!
First of all, we recommend what is most obvious: to use a different and up to date browser. Sorry if this is redundant, but I have to make sure we cover all our bases. (Psst, Chrome works best!)
Second, you may need to whitelist our domains. In order to see all the beauty we offer, you need to be able to connect to our three domains. If you are on a company network, you probably need to add us as an exception to the firewall. Please whitelist the domains we use: *.wetransfer.com, *.s3.amazonaws.com and *.wetransfer.net.
If these suggestions don't help, there's the last possibility of this being a DNS issue. Don't worry though, there's a fix! We've written an article with a step by step guide to fix this, depending on your operating system, here it is.
A few other things to try:
- This Chrome extension solved the issue for some people
- Clearing the cache in your browser
Please know that, while we strive to help all of our users access the site, we can't offer support for most older browsers because they're not up to the security standards that we adhere to.
