You may notice when you upload a new Profile background that your wallpaper does not load correctly and instead what you see is one of WeTransfer's backdrops instead of your own.
This could be due to your image having the CMYK color mode as opposed to RGB color mode in its settings.
All you need to do is switch the color mode to RGB. Use a resolution of at least 1900 x 1200 pixels. The maximum resolution that can be used is 8000 x 5000 pixels.
