You can't delete a transfer yourself if you've used the free service. However, our Happiness Troupe is happy to assist with deleting a transfer as an exception for you. There's just a few guidelines we have to follow:
- The transfer must be an email transfer and not a link transfer.
- You have to be the sender of the transfer and you must send us a request from the email address you used to make the transfer.
- You need the confirmation email you received when you completed your upload. Please either copy the full text from the confirmation email and paste it into your request or take a screenshot of the confirmation email and attach it to your request.
Once you meet this criteria then just send us a ticket with your request and we will take care of it for you.
If you're a Plus user, make sure you log in before starting an upload. That way, you can always look up a transfer in your transfer overview and delete it yourself!
