You can't delete a transfer yourself if you've used the free service. However, our Happiness Troupe is happy to assist with deleting a transfer as an exception for you. There's just a few guidelines we have to follow:
- The transfer must be an email transfer and not a link transfer. You can tell the difference by how you uploaded the transfer. If you just uploaded your file and did not enter any email address on our platform, then you have created a link transfer and we cannot delete this type of transfer.
- You have to be the sender of the transfer and you must send us a request from the email address you used to make the transfer.
- You need the confirmation you received when you completed your upload. Please either copy the full text from the confirmation email and paste it into your request or take a screenshot of the confirmation email and attach it to your request. (PLEASE NOTE: we cannot accept screenshots in the following formats: pdf, msg, doc - we do like copy-pastes, jpegs and pngs)
Once you meet this criteria then just send us a ticket with your request and we will take care of it for you.
If you're a Plus user, make sure you log in before starting an upload. That way, you can always look up a transfer in your transfer overview and delete it yourself!
