So, you have a WeTransfer Pro account, yay! Let's go through how to navigate and use the wonderful feature that is your WeTransfer Pro Panel.
Very first step, log in to your WeTransfer Pro account. Do so by clicking the button in the corner that says 'Sign in' (it might say 'Got WeTransfer Pro?' instead). Now you’re all set!
You'll always land on your Sent panel first, this is where you can manage your 1TB storage; forward your transfers or change their expiry date. You can even check if a transfer has been downloaded or not, just click on the transfer title.
The Sent panel overview also covers all the basic things you'd expect, like organizing, searching or deleting (single or multiple) transfers, so you can be super organized.
The second panel you'll see is your 'Received' panel, also known as your Received Transfers Overview. Here, you'll see a chronological list of all transfers which have been sent to your WeTransfer Pro account.
The third section in your WeTransfer Pro account is Contacts, which is exactly what it sounds like. Here you can manage all of your contact's email addresses. Add, delete, edit, forward, oh the possibilities!
Next you have your Profile. Here you can edit your profile picture, Profile settings, wallpapers and email headers!
After that it's Account. Here you can check and manage all of your account details. In there you can also change your Billing information, Profile and Email personalization and Mobile App connections, as well as downloading one or all of your receipts!
In the Account section you can also disable or enable auto-renewal when your WeTransfer Pro account is about to expire, and sign out of WeTransfer.
