So you were surprised by one of our emails in your inbox, even though you haven't sent out any transfers recently?
Our ease of use is a core value, that's why we allow our users to enter any email address they want. This sometimes has the effect you are experiencing, where someone else uses your email address. Most likely even by mistake!
This can happen when you've used our service on a public computer, or at work, for example.
We offer two ways to prevent this:
1. We have a new email verification feature. All you need to do is follow click this link then you enter your email address to verify it. Every time a transfer is sent using your email address, you will receive a code to your email address to confirm sending.
2. We can block your email address entirely. That means no one can send files with your email address. However, blocks can be removed at any time again in the future.
