Thank you for considering our WeTransfer Pro or WeTransfer Premium plan! But perhaps you might be wondering, how will I be paying for this?
It's important to know that you need to complete your payment through our online payment process. That's the only way your WeTransfer subscription will become active. Direct bank payments are not supported, as completing a payment online is necessary to get your subscription up and running.
After paying you'll receive an invoice and your WeTransfer Pro or WeTransfer Premium subscription will become active.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay for your WeTransfer subscription with PayPal or credit card. For some countries, we also have support for localised payment methods such as; Carte Bleue and iDeal.
If your payment attempt results in an error, please make sure you have filled in all required fields correctly. Also, check if your browser is set to accept cookies.
If you still get an error after checking both options, you can try using a different browser to register.
