It's important to know that you need to complete your payment through the online payment process. That's the only way your WeTransfer Pro account will become active. Direct bank payments aren't supported, completing a payment online is necessary to get your Pro account up and running.
After paying you'll receive a receipt with all the payment details specified and your WeTransfer Pro account will become active.
You can pay for your WeTransfer Pro account with PayPal or credit card. For some countries, we also have support for localised payment methods such as Bancontact, Carte Bleu, iDeal and Alipay.
If your payment attempt results in an error, please make sure you have filled in all required fields correctly. Also, check if your browser is set to accept cookies.
If you still get an error after checking both options, you can try using a different browser to register your WeTransfer Pro account too.
