To retrieve your transfer, click on the Download button in the email you received from us. This opens our website in your browser, where we look up the transfer for you.
Once we've found it (can take a few seconds) a download button will pop up. This button will start the download, and the file is saved to the folder where your other downloads are saved. This location depends on the settings of your browser. You can check "Where is my transfer saved when I download it?" for more info on that topic.
Once the download is finished, you can open the (.zip) file by double clicking it. If that doesn't work, you may need to install an unzipping app. More info on that particular topic is here "Can't open a transfer file".
