After receiving your transfer, click on the Download button/link in the email you received from us. This opens our website in your browser, where we look up the transfer for you.
Once we've found it (can take a few seconds) a download button will pop up. This button will start the download, and the file is saved to the folder where your other downloads are saved. This location depends on the settings of your browser. You can check "Where is my transfer saved when I download it?" for more info on that topic.
Once the download is finished, you can open the (.zip) file by double clicking it. If that doesn't work, you may need to install an unzipping app. More info on that particular topic is here "Can't open a transfer file".
Downloading multiple files at once might be problematic if you are on the go or you just specifically need one file. If this is the case - have no fear! Single file downloads are here to save the day. This can come in handy when you are using mobile data.
Just hover over the file you wish to download and an arrow will appear prompting you to download the file.
Click it and... ta-da! Your download will begin and in no time you'll have your single file you needed.
