Hi there! Sorry to confront you with some big red text like this, but you need to know that at this time, members of the WeTransfer Support team can’t assist you with any issues related to our Mac app.
The app is still available to download, and should function as expected, but if something starts going haywire, we’re not going to be in a position to help out. Sorry to disappoint!
Logging into your WeTransfer account on the Mac app is easy peasy!
Whether you've got a free account, or have the keys to the WeTransfer Pro kingdom, you can log into the Mac app.
Just click the WE icon on the top of your menu bar as if you were going to send a transfer and the app will open:
From there, all you need to do is select 'Sign in' and follow the instructions that pop up to link your account to the app.
To summarise: WE icon > gear icon > Preferences > Login > Happy person 😀
