We've come across a bug which has been causing problems for users logging into their Plus account on their Android device. Usually, you can just enter a 6 digit code from your Plus account settings and then enter it into the WeTransfer Android app. But currently, this results in an error message.
Rest assured we are aware of this and we are working to squash this bug. We will be releasing an update for the app in the coming weeks which will allow for users to login to their Plus account on their Android device once again.
