So you have signed up for WeTransfer Pro and you have set up your default recipient to allow for users to send you transfers over 2GB when all of a sudden you encountered a problem.
People cannot send you over 2GB and get an error message onsite advising the max limit is 2GB.
This is a common mistake some people make where you might think that you just need to send 2GB+ files to a email address registered to a WeTransfer Pro account but in fact, what needs to be done is a little bit different.
To receive over 2GB from your senders, they will need to visit your WeTransfer Pro profile and send your files though the transfer window here on your profile.
This is the only way to send a specific person over 2GB once they have their default recipient address setup.
